I'm not sure but i think it's impossible to estimate the
muscular force via surface EMG signals. You may find the correlation but it willn't be significiance. Because there are losing the signal in skin (thin or fat) and electrode application on the muscle.
This is my opinion and if you'll find this method please let me know.
