FW: Effect of pain on the gait cycle.

I am currently conducting a literature search to enable me to have a better understanding as to how pain can affect the human gait cycle. I would be interested to know if anybody could point me in the direction of literature relating to pain induced alterations of gait, and as to whether their are any 'threshold' or 'average' values for different groups (i.e. gender, age etc.)

Any help or information would be appreciated.
