Suggestions on markers...

I am working on leaflet movement analysis (mitral valve) and wondered if
there is any way a marker (extremely light weight) could be placed on the
leaflet outlines for imaging (ultrasound), maybe some kind of lead paint!!
Also any good references on flow visualization (quantification) would be
welcome.
