  • Academic biomechanics position - New Zealand

My apologies for re-listing this advertisement for a biomechanics position
at The University of Auckland in New Zealand, but I have heard from a few
colleagues in North America that there is some misunderstanding regarding
the terms we use to describe the position.

The position is advertised as "Lecturer/Senior Lecturer". Those positions
are approximately equal to the North American "Assistant Professor" and
"Associate Professor". Both NZ job levels include an expectation of
performing teaching, research and administration in proportions around
    45/45/10.

I would be happy to answer questions from interested people.

    Thanks
    Bob
