Statistical data on Stroke and SCI in Europe

Dear Biomech-l readers,

I am looking for statistical data on stroke and spinal cord injury in
Europe. I found a lot of numbers regarding the U.S. statistics but
nothing regarding the Europe.
Could anybody help me?
