I have two surface created from points collected by two different
modalities, I have also used reference markers for registration purposes
but for some data I do not so I was wondering if anyone had or knew of a
program that could realign the surfaces by minimizing the distance
measurements between the Surfaces. I can already make these distance
calculations but need an optimization routine. (I have check biomch
archives and www.netlib.org already)
