  • Statistics Question in SPSS

    Hello,

I am trying to use the Cohen's kappa statistic to determine the agreement
between the evaluations of two raters when both are rating the same event.
SPSS has the Cohen's kappa function but it will only accept data in a square
table (i.e. a table in which both variables have the same number of
categories). This is not the case with our data. Has anyone figures out
how to run the Cohen's kappa statistic in SPSS using a non-square data
table? Or is there some other method to evaluate the agreement of two
raters? The data comes from the AOFAS form for foot and ankle outcome
    rating.

    Thanks

    Fabian
