  • 3D volumes from non-uniformly oriented 2D slices?

    Dear subscribers,
I wish to reconstruct 3D data from 2D slices. The 2D slices are not parallel
but have known coordinates and orientation. Their orientation should not
    differ greatly.
    Algorithms like these are used
with freehand 3D ultrasound applications, but I wonder if anybody knows of a
freestanding package, software library or straightforward algorithm to do
    this?
