A variety of modules are offered with Peak Motus(r) including the
KineCalc formula generator, 3-D Optical Capture, Manual Video
Acquisition, Automatic Video Acquisition, 3-D Pan and Tilt, Analog
Acquisition, 2-D/3-D Kinematic Calculations, and 3-D Gait Analysis
Template.
Tracking of any points on the body, such as joint centers, can be
completed automatically (with the use of passive markers) or
manually. Peak Motus(r) has routines to calculate centers of mass,
linear and angular displacements, velocities, and accelerations for
any movement videotaped in 2-D/3-D space, indoors (under visible or
infrared lighting), microscopic or outdoors. In addition, the
virtual point and unit vector setup along with KineCalc allows the
user to generate full six degree of freedom data as well as joint
forces, moments and powers.
Data from analog devices, such as force platforms and EMG, can be
sampled, synchronized and displayed on-screen with video images,
stick figures, bar charts, tables and graphs of other computed
parameters or printed within a user-customized report.
Other Peak products include precision calibration frames for 3-D
studies, video systems (60/120 Hz NTSC, 60/180 Hz NTSC, 50/200 Hz
PAL), gait analysis software, force platforms, and EMG devices.

The Biomechanics Yellow Pages is a free service, listing companies
that offer biomechanics-related products and services. As you know,
these companies may not post commercial announcements directly to
Biomch-L. However, new Yellow Pages listings and updates (no more
than once per year) are posted to Biomch-L by the maintainer of the
Yellow Pages or the Biomch-L moderator.
