Study of PIP joint motion w/ prosthesis

I am studying the application of an external "hinge" on the PIP
joint. My desire is to study the motion of the joint with and
without the prosthesis and to study the effects of prosthetic
placement/alignment on joint motion.

Therefore, I am ideally looking for a computer program that will:

A) Graphically display the true anatomical dynamics of the PIP
joint.
B) Allow for the introdution of the external hinge.
C) Allow for the manipulation of the alignment of the hinge
and the distraction of the bones.
D) Analyze the correlation between range of motion to hinge-
joint alignment.
