To anyone who can help'
I am a third year sport science student currently working on my dissertation
however I am having trouble gaining information on my chosen area. Through
kinematic analysis of two basic boxing punches the jab and the cross, I hope
to prove that training methods such as pad work are inapropriate for actual
competition as the movement pattern differs greatly. Although the idea seems
to be developing well I am struggling to get enough evidence to support my
argument especially biomechanical research! If absolutely anyone can help me
then please e mail me.
