Ankle Biomechanics Assistantship
The Mechanical Engineering Department at the University of Pittsburgh has
an assistantship available for the study of biomechanics. This
assistantship is open to graduates having a B.S. degree in mechanical
engineering who wish to pursue graduate study. The assistantship is in the
area of joint replacement and involves study of the ankle joint. The
research includes both experimental testing and computational modeling of
ankle replacement. Questions can be direct to Professor Patrick Smolinski
