Could you please post this job advertisement.

    Exciting post-doc opportunity
Based at QMUL and UCL in London

Please DO NOT reply to me. Reply to Dr Andy Bushby (A.J.Bushby@qmw.ac.uk)

A Post-Doctoral Research position is now available as part of an
interdisciplinary project to investigate changes in articular calcified
cartilage and subchondral bone in osteoarthritic joints. The project
will use a novel combination of laser confocal microscopy, quantitative
backscattered electron imaging and nano-indentation to determine the
    biomechanical properties of OA joints.

The project is a collaboration between the Department of Materials at
Queen Mary and the Department of Anatomy and Developmental Biology at
UCL and is funded by the Medical Research Council. The post requires a
physical scientist with a background in mechanics of solids, materials
science, biomechanics or a related discipline and offers the opportunity
to work in anatomy on a medically related topic. The position is
available for one year in the first instance.
