The Executive Committee of the Biomechanics Interest Group (BIG) of the
American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) invites submission of
biomechanics-related programming for the 2002 ACSM Annual Meeting. The 2002
Meeting of the ACSM will be held in St. Louis, Missouri, USA from May 29 to
June 1, 2002.

Individuals interested in developing program sessions or proposing ideas for
programming content are encouraged to submit their ideas to the Biomechanics
Interest Group ( or
Programming ideas will be presented during the Interest Group Meeting at
this year's ACSM Annual Meeting. In addition, a portion of the Interest
Group Meeting at this year's Annual Meeting will be devoted to discussion of
the proposed programming and planning of meeting content for ACSM 2002.

On behalf of the Executive Committee of the Biomechanics Interest Group of
ACSM (Michael Feltner, Paul DeVita, Kathy Simpson & Steve McCaw), I want to
thank all the members of our community who are either participating or
assisting in the development of programming for the upcoming Annual Meeting
of the ACSM. Additionally, I encourage all members of our community to
consider attending this year's Annual Meeting of the ACSM in Baltimore, MD,
USA. The conference dates are May 30 to June 2, 2001. Additional program

Detailed information regarding the biomechanics-related programming
at this year's ACSM meeting will be provided to BIOMCH-L in the near future.
