The School of Human Movement Studies provides world-class
teaching, research and service
programs covering the full spectrum of the bio-physical,
socio-cultural, and health aspects of
movement and physical activity.
The School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated,
international-calibre scholar to teach,
supervise postgraduate research students and conduct research
on the biomechanics of human
movement.
Applicants should possess a relevant PhD, a track record of
research publications, capability
to attract external research funding, and a demonstrable
commitment to quality teaching and
supervision. Expertise in the biomechanics of injury,
disability or disease would be
advantageous.
This is a continuing, full-time appointment available at
Academic Levels B, C or D. The
remuneration package, including employer superannuation
contributions of 17%, will be in
the range of $59,404 - $70,544 per annum (Academic B), $72,771
- $83,910 per annum
(Academic C) and $87,622 - $96,533 per annum (Academic D).
