The review process for the XVIIIth Congress of the ISB has been completed
and all authors have been notified about acceptance/rejection of their
abstracts. There will now be 850 oral and poster presentations at ISB2001.
If you wish to attend ISB2001 please note that reduced fees are applicable
until April 15, 2001 only. Further information about registration procedure
and accommodation is given below.
REGISTRATION:
Independent of payment method, registration for the congress is done online
via congress homepage only (). Payment is
possible by online charging of credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) or by sending
a cheque to the Congress Office. Cheques have to be drawn on a Swiss bank,
issued in CHF and made payable to "ETH Zurich, Biomechanik, ISB2001 Acc.
1-67352-00" (a covering letter for payment with cheque can be downloaded
during the online registration process). Please note that the reduced fees
are applicable only before April 15, 2001. The congress fee includes welcome
reception, lunches, coffee breaks and proceedings. Together with congress
registration you can also register for tutorials and the Congress Banquet
(Friday, July 13).
ACCOMMODATION:
You have the option to make your hotel reservation online via congress
homepage (). Depending on the hotel you chose
there may be special fares. The accommodation is handled by AKM Travel AG.
Additional information about Zurich and its hotels can be found on the
homepage of Zurich Tourism ().
