I plan to purchase a force plate for children and adults gait analysis, as well as posture sway and balance study. What will be the suitable load range and natural frequency of force platform. Kistler, Bertec has their product lines of 10KN and above in vertical force measurement. AMTI has similar ones with 5 to 20KN. The tradeoff of loading range are resolution and frequency.
