I would stress, even number of limbs but also even number of wings can be
found in nature.
Symmetrical limbs (with respect to a body symmetry plane), often subtends
symmetrical motor behavior, symmetrical kinematics, symmetrical control.
This may simplify the control and representation of the motion of each limb
and the coordination between the two limbs in many different ways.
