Poisson's Ratio of Collagen

Readers,

We are attempting to calculate Young's Modulus using atomic force
microscopy and are looking in literature for Poisson's Ratio values to
work with. The tissue under study are craniofacial sutures. Does someone
have any ideas on where to go for values for collagen?
