Dear All,
I am wondering if anyone knows of any techniques that could be used
to quantify annulus condition in aged sheep spines. The aim is primarily
to quantify separation of the laminar layers in the annulus for comparison
against others. I am interested in any techniques that use macroscopic or
microscopic analysis on either a relative or absolute scale. Any
assistance would be greatly appreciated.
