where can I buy an RSA system?

Dear All:
today I had a discussion with some colleagues around the availability of
commercial turn-key systems to perform RSA studies to monitor orthopaedic
implants.

I did my homeworks on the Internet but I could not find a relevant URL. In
the BIOMCH-L archives I found a similar request placed by Luc Labey on
1996, which did not get any list reply.

Any change from then? Still no companies around?

If not, why do you think a method described by Goran Selvik in 1974 has not
find an industrial implementation, yet? (for more info on Dr. Selvik see
