My name is Kelly Stallman and I am an Australian undergraduate student at the Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane. Currently I am in my third year of a four year Biomedical Engineering degree and am looking for some work experience possibly as a research assistant in my summer vacation from December 2001 to February 2002. Ideally am looking for an internship within Belgium or surrounding countries. I am fluent in Flemish and have previously been on exchange in Belgium for one year.
I am interested in a diverse range of medical fields and am wanting broaden my knowledge of the biomedical engineering field with some first hand experience, as well as complete the necessary requirements of my course. I require some financial assistance in the way of a small living allowance in exchange for 10 weeks of hard work.
If anyone is interested in taking on a willing and enthusiastic student from Australia, please reply, as I would love to hear from you. I am able to provide a resume, additional academic transcripts and references if required.
