Dear Potential Exhibitor:
We would like to invite you to display your company's product at the twelfth
"Annual Veterans Administration (VA) Rehabilitation Symposium," sponsored by
Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 22 - VA Desert Pacific Healthcare
Network. This is to be held tentatively at the Century Plaza Hotel, May
21st - 23rd, 2002, at the Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles, California.
We expect approximately 300 rehabilitation professionals including
physicians, nurses, physical and occupational therapists, speech
pathologists and audiologists, as well as other clinicians and pain
practitioners to attend this well respected and highly recognized program.
Early contacts indicate strong interest in this national conference, which
features concurrent sessions focusing on Rehabilitation and Pain Management,
Traumatic Brain Injury, Audiology and Speech Pathology topics and Prosthetic
issues and concerns. The conference has been a tremendous success in the
past drawing a wide national audience including leaders in Rehabilitation
Administration throughout the VA system. We expect even more interest and
participation in 2002.
The Exhibit Hall will open for viewing all day Tuesday, May 21st and
Wednesday, May 22nd. Exhibitors will be able to set up their booths either
Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning prior to the beginning of the first
session. Displays will be exhibited during the conference May 21st and May
22nd and during the "Exhibitors Reception" on the evening of the 21st. The
exhibits will be in the same room as the Poster Presentations. The hall
will be secured when the conference is not in session. The exhibit hall
will close at 4:00 on May 22nd.
Information regarding rental arrangements regarding audiovisual equipment,
electrical outlets, etc. will be forthcoming.
The basic cost for exhibiting at this program will be $500. For additional
advertising for your company, you may wish to consider sponsoring such
things as a break, continental breakfast, lunch or an evening reception.
Please contact us for details.
You should also consider providing a novelty item or product for drawings,
which will be held at various points throughout the conference. This
attracted many participants to the exhibit area in previous years.
