Thanks all for replying my message below.

    Kay,

I know that previous people have obtained such data from the NIH Visible human project, but I'm not sure how much work would be involved to get this data in the form you want. Try
    http://www.nlm.nih.gov/research/visible/visible_human.html

Alternatively I would refer you to Alberto Leardini (leardini@ior.it) and the excellent VAKHUM project, on which he is a collaborator, which includes a 3D model repository.

    Hope this helps,

    Hi Kay,

The Visible Human project has CT scan & MRI database for the whole body. I
think it's available from the web.

    Hello Kay,

There are two nice papers by Brian Garner and Marcus Pandy which have
complete set of data for building arm models. You can use their data to
replicate their model which is based on data from one cadaver in Visible
    Human Project.

the Visible Human Project (VHP) Image Dataset. Comput. Methods

on the visible human male dataset. Comput. Methods Biomech.Biomed.Engin. 4

    Kay-

I have posted a couple models on our lab website that might be
helpful to you. You can get more information at:
http://www.stanford.edu/group/nmbl/ You can download the models
    from:
