Dear Biomch-L,
I am a 3rd year student at Nottingham Trent uni,
studying sports science and biology, and am doing my dissertation on sports
notation. I am applying the Observer package to a game of international mens
field lacrosse. Hopefully achieving some interesting statistics from which
to plan future tactics and stratergies. I intend to pass on the information
gained to the ELA (English Lacrosse Association) and i hope it will serve
some benefit. The project is still in its early stages, and i am looking for
relavant information about the previous use of sports notation in other
sports, and i was wondering if there was any chance you may have such
information that you could pass on to me. I would be very grateful if this
was possible.
