Applications are invited for a Post-Doctoral Fellowship position in the
Faculty of Engineering at the University of Calgary.

A position is available in the area of connective tissue cell
mechanobiology/mechanotransduction and tissue engineering in the
intervertebral disc and cartilaginous tissues. Secure funding is
provided by a variety of agencies: NSERC (the Natural Sciences and
Engineering Research Council of Canada), CIHR (Canadian Institutes of
Health Research), Whitaker Foundation, and Canada Research Chairs
program.

The University of Calgary has extensive resources in the areas of
biomechanics, biomedical engineering, cell and molecular mechanobiology
and computer analyses in the McCaig Centre for Joint Injury and
Arthritis.
