Deadline approaching !!!
As at all previous ESM meetings, the novel award will be presented at the
ESM2002 final banquet. This year, an award of CDN$10,000 will be presented
for the paper that makes significant contributions to the field of pressure
distribution analysis. Abstracts must be submitted no later than February
15th, 2002. Notification to the finalists will be made by April 1st, 2002,
and full scientific papers must be received by June 15th, 2002. Papers and
oral presentations will be judged by an international panel of experts in
the fields of biomechanics and medicine.
The novel award is one of the most prestigious awards presented in the
biomedical field. Previous winners of this award are listed below:

Penn State, 1996 Dieter Rosenbaum Germany
Tokyo, 1997 Erez Morag USA
Brisbane, 1998 Margaret Hodge Australia
