  • CT-scans of the cervical spine

    Dear all,

we are developing an FE-Model of the human spine to simulate stresses
due to vibrations. To model the cervical spine we would like to derive
the geometry of the vertebrae from CT-scans. Unfortunately we do not
have access to a full set of CT-scans of the entire cervical spine.
Does anybody have suggestions about where we could get a set of CT-scans
with each slice taken less than 3mm apart?
    Your suggestions are greatly appreciated!
You can find a short description of of what we have done on the lumbar
    spine at http://www.tu-darmstadt.de/fb/mb/fmd/menschmodklin.html
    (unfortunately only in German).

    Thanks in advance,

    Jörg
