Dear all,
I'm trying to track down a full paper, the abstract of which was published
in:

Steadman-Hawkins Sports Medicine Foundation, Vail, CO
I have the abstract, but would like to read the full paper. Perhaps if I
could get contact details for any of the authors, or get a text version of
the paper from anyone who attended this meeting (I've contacted the AAOS and
they don't keep copies of the papers presented at their meetings, and I've
not been able to get an email address for any of the authors.) I've also
searched MEDLINE, SportDiscus, and OVID-Online neither of which have helped.
I would appreciate any help; either contact details for the authors(s) or
better yet, electronic copy of the paper.
