Dear All
I am a physio, about to start a research phd, looking at a connective tissue arthritic group. It is believed the children are hypermobile and the adults become prematurely arthritic.
I am looking therefore to examine the end of joint range of movement of this group and compare them to a normal population. Measurement tools need to be portable and I am hoping that the investigation of normal end range of joint movements have been already done. Could you suggest anywhere in the biomechanical world where I can start my digging and cut some corners/internet time. Anything on normal joint range of movement, especially end of functional ranges and hypermobility in the same dimensions would be ideal.
