International Shoulder Group Meeting deadline extended

We have already granted a number of individual time extensions, so to be
fair the deadline for paper submission and early registration is extended
until Friday, May 10 at 5:00 EDT (USA).

The International Shoulder Group Meeting will be held on the campus of Case
Western Reserve University (Cleveland, Ohio USA) June 16-18, 2002.
