  • request for clinical data

    Dear Biomch-L subscribers,

I'm currently supervising a group of 8th semester BME students
who are working on a project to develop an automatic
system for discriminating between several pathologies based on
    gait data.
So far we have CP data from Kit Vaughan's Gait Lab CD and a few
files downloaded from links found in the ISB web pages.
We are now looking for data from other pathologies.
We are particularly interested in force plate data,
    joint angles, and emg.

Could you let me know if you have such data, or where I could
    find it?

I will post a summary of the replies I receive.

    Many thanks in advance!

    Sincerely,

    Francisco Sepulveda
