    Job Description: Sales and Customer/Technical Support for Human Solutions

    Tecmath of North America, Inc. is a subsidiary of Tecmath AG, based in
    Kaiserslautern, Germany. Tecmath is a firm of 145 full-time employees, with
    departments in Human Solutions and Content Management Systems. Tecmath of
    North America, Inc. internationally represents the Human Solutions division
    of the parent company with a location in Troy, Michigan.

    The Human Solutions Department of Tecmath has developed RAMSIS, a cutting
    edge 3-D ergonomic tool originally funded by the German Automotive Industry
    and designed for vehicle packaging and general ergonomics. Our customers
    include major auto manufacturers and suppliers worldwide. Tecmath also
    sells and supports a 3-D whole body laser scanner, VITUS|smart, and ScanWorX
    software, to control the scanner, process data, and create digital manikins
    for use in anthropometric research, apparel industry, medical and other 3D
    computerized environments.

    We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our sales and customer
    service team in Troy, MI. This person will be primarily responsible for
    supporting our VITUS|smart 3D body scanner and ScanWorX software as they
    pertain to customized clothing, anthropometry research projects, digital
    human modeling applications and other areas of possible application. This
    person will also be responsible for supporting our other human modeling
    activities. The candidate will report to Tecmath of North America’s General
    Manager, and will coordinate closely with our German team of specialists.

    Responsibilities: This position requires outside product demonstrations to
    potential and existing customers, requires travel (both domestic and
    international); ongoing customer support for all products; attendance at
    project meetings and conferences/expositions; and conducting training

    Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in human factors,
    ergonomics, optical recognition, measurement technology, textile/apparel
    technology or mechanical engineering. Excellent communication skills
    including superior writing and telephone skills; project management
    experience; dynamic presentation and demonstration skills; computer (MS
    Office/hardware/systems/networking) skills; ability to travel; integrity and
    maturity. Candidate must have a positive desire to work in an
    entrepreneurial business setting.

    Additional Qualifications: (helpful but not required): knowledge of
    apparel/textile industry, especially body measurement applications;
    experience with conducting anthropometric surveys; experience with optical
    recognition and measurement extraction software programs; knowledge of human
    modeling programs; knowledge of automotive industry; German language;
    marketing; or sales experience.

    Salary: Negotiable, based on qualifications
