    I read with interest the posting Mel Siff made a few days ago, related to
    the perception that some coaches have of sport science.

    Mel makes some good points, which I mostly agree with. Falsifying
    experiments are important, I agree. Another help, however, may come by
    the ability we may have, as biomechanics community to write good consensus
    documents, containing only we all agree that is (at the current state of
    knowledge) unquestionably true.

    One of the objectives of the VRLAB community we are talking about on the
    BIONET_VRLAB forum, is exactly this one, to provide the necessary
    infrastructure the stream and support the consensus process. I guess sport
    is one of the field in which such consensus documents, when made public,
    could make the difference. Am I wrong?
