  • Ergonomics Research Position

    We are looking for a researcher for the occupational biomechanics group
    of the IBV (Instituto de Biomecánica de Valencia; http://www.ibv.org).

    1_PROFILE:

    Required degree:
    ENGINEER
    Other technical degrees will be considered

    Other qualifications:
    Basic knowledge of Spanish (not mandatory)
    PhD degree or attending PhD courses
    Experience in the execution of research projects related to ergonomics,
    biomechanics or product development.

    Other merits that will be valued:
    Work experience in foreign research centres.
    Knowledge of statistics
    At ease with programming languages
    Team work

    Tasks of the job:
    Participation in R&D projects related to product ergonomics in
    co-operation with companies and other research centres.

    2_CONDITIONS:

    Contract Type: Temporary contract
    Salary: 23.868’65 € gross per year/negotiable
    Duration: 1 year
    Start date: October 2002
    Working hours: 37,5 hours, 5 days/week
    Deadline for applications: until 20 September 2002
