Having searched the ovid database and others, there appears to be numerous
studies investigating knee extension/flexion strength but relatively few
using the leg press modality. I'm looking for papers that have
investigated unilateral isometric leg strength on the KinCom dynamometer
(version 5.03) using the leg press application. I have been directed to
the Journal of Orthopaedic & Sports Physical Therapy, and the American
Journal of Sports Medicine, however, I am still yet to find any related
papers. I have also read the book "Isokinetics" by Dvir (1995) but this
also predominately discusses knee extension/flexion strength. I find it
hard to believe that there is no research that has incorporated this
    method.

I am interested in the reliability of this test and how the test has
previously been set up (e.g. joint angles). Can anyone help me with this?

    Thanks in advance
