Hello All,
I am interested in finding some basic 3D data of human heel geometry to
input into a FEA program (to build the mesh). We were thinking of
digitizing some points along an MRI. We are wanting to start basic (just
the "outer shell" geometry) with the ability to expand into further detail
(skin layer, soft tissues, bone, etc) and thought an MRI would be a good
option.
Has anyone else done something like this? Do you have
suggestions/recommendations? Would you have data to share to save the
expense of an MRI?
