Call for Help: Trying to purchase "Multiple Muscle Systems"

Dear Biomch-L readers,

I'm terrible sorry to use bandwidth on this subject but I have reached the
end of possible places to look for a copy of "Multiple Muscle Systems", ed:
Winters & Woo, 1990. Springer Verlag does not have any in stock and
according to the New York branch, there is no plans of reprinting it yet.
I tried to get the last available copy in Germany but it never made it to
Canada. So, my cry for help is: Can anyone direct me to place where there
might exist a single copy for sale (like your local campus bookstore) ?

Any information is greatly appreciated since I am preparing for my
comprehensive examine and "Multiple Muscle Systems" is going to be a major
part of it.
