Dear All,
I am interested in collecting data from four or five LVDTs. We are loading
a construct setup in a MTS maching and estimating that the test will last
for 1 million cycles which will most likely run for 1 to 2 days collecting
data at 30Hz. Using Labview data collection software to collect the data,
we would like to be able to save the data collected to an file at regular
intervals (say every 100,000 cycles) until the data collection is complete.
This will allow us to collect data over night and we will not lose valuable
data in case the computer locks up or in case there is a power failure. I
am not really familiar with Labview and would like some input from people
that possible have gotten around this problem. I will summarize all replies
for other people that are intested in this topic.
Thank you for you help,
Darin Gerlach
