Dear all,
Elsevier Science is pleased to announce that as of 1 October 2002, Professor
Farshid Guilak has taken over the role of North American Editor-in-Chief for
the Journal of Biomechanics. Professor Guilak is currently the Director of
the Center for Biomolecular and Tissue Engineering at Duke University
Medical Center in North Carolina.
Following 12 successful years with the Journal, Professor Richard Brand has
now taken a full-time Editor-in-Chief position with Clinical Orthopaedics
and Related Research based in Philadelphia. We would like to wish both
Farshid and Dick all the best in their respective new roles.
