Impact forces in kicking

Greetings from New Zealand,

I have been asked by a New Zealand Government department
for information regarding impact forces associated with
kicking. They are investigating vandalism. Therefore they
need information with regard to forces applied to
materials with relatively low compliance (high stiffness)
during malicious kicking actions. Any information would
be much appreciated.
