Physical Therapy Faculty Position Available
NOTE: Must be eligible for Physical Therapist Licensure in the State of Ohio.

If you are looking for a fun, dynamic work environment that fosters
creativity and offers comprehensive support to new faculty, the Physical
Therapy Division at The Ohio State University has a 12-month tenure-track
faculty position available at the Assistant Professor or higher level. The
successful candidate will have a background in orthopedic physical therapy,
as well as a focused area of research with the capacity to compete for
external funding; post-doctoral training is valued. Our program is currently
developing a transitional DPT and a PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences to
complement the existing MPT and MS programs. Existing interdisciplinary PhD
programs in Integrated Biomedical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, and
Neuroscience are also open to qualified faculty. Responsibilities include
teaching in a case-based integrated curriculum, scholarship, student
advising, and service. Qualifications include a doctoral degree (PhD, EdD)
and eligibility for physical therapy licensure in Ohio. Opportunities and
resources are available to support faculty development and scholarly
activities.
