6th ISB Technical Group on Footwear Biomechanics Symposium

A reminder that the deadline for abstracts for the ISB Technical
Group on Footwear Biomechanics symposium is fast approaching.

The Symposium is a satellite to the ISB2003 Congress and will be
held in Queenstown, New Zealand from July 3-5.
The themes of the Symposium are as follows:
loads on the lower extremity
motion kinematics
pressure measurement
orthotics and inserts
gait
shoe design
clinical implications
This program is designed to benefit researchers, clinicians and
consumers.

Queenstown is an alpine town for all seasons and is all things to all
people. Ski, bungy, jet-boat, flying or simply relaxing..the choice
of activity is remarkable. After dark, Queenstown's reputation lives
on, with an overwhelming choice of restaurants, cafes, bards and
retail shops open til late. It is also well known as the setting for
much of the Lord of the Rings movie trilogy.
The Organising Committee looks forward to welcoming you "Down
