  • Dominant vs non-dominant side

    Dear List Members,

Question.for a resistance training program to be performed unilaterally, how do you determine the lower limb to be trained (and consequently the controlateral to be tested for cross-training effect), i.e., the dominant or the non-dominant ?

And how do you determine the dominant lower limb?

If interest is shown, then a summary of replies will be posted.

Thanking you in advance for your help.

    Ciao
    Nik
