Rutgers University and The Swiss Polytechnic Institute of Lausanne are
pleased to announce the Second International Workshop on Virtual
Rehabilitation, September 21, 22, 2003. Papers related to the use of VR in
the following areas are solicited:
Musculo-skeletal virtual rehabilitation
Use of VR for post-stroke patients
VR and rehabilitation of patients with cognitive deficits
Telerehabilitation and Haptics
Novel VR techniques in rehabilitation and Bio-feedback devices
Sociological, demographic and legal aspects of Virtual Rehabilitation
Regulatory, education and formative efforts to promote Virtual
Rehabilitation

Paper Submission Guidelines
Papers should describe original and unpublished work. Proceedings will be
distributed at the workshop. Authors should submit a manuscript
electronically as a PDF file to manuscript.2003@iwvr.org Papers should not
exceed 8 pages single-spaced, 12 points, including images, figures, tables
and references. The paper should also include the title, an abstract,
keywords, author's names, affiliations, postal addresses, e-mail addresses
and the contact author for the paper. If submission exceeds 4 Mb, please
compress paper using Winzip.
Authors Deadlines
- Manuscript submission: April 15, 2003
- Notification of acceptance: June 1, 2003
- Camera-ready paper: July 15, 2003
