The servers that host ISBweb, the ISB's web site at the
http://www.isbweb.org, were upgraded over the weekend. As a result, ISBweb's
IP address has changed. Because if can take a few days for IP address
changes to propagate through the Domain Name Servers on the Internet, ISBweb
may be unavailable to for a day or two.
Sorry for any inconvenience.
