I believe attempting to breakdown the myriad of forces acting upon and in
relation to any other force is unnecessary.

The *necessary* realization is how the entire system uses past information to
predict future -- in ms -- forces and execute commensurate movement within
those expectations.

Thus any higher order organism is in large part, perceiving slightly ahead in
time10-15? mills -- reacting in a sense to the future. The myriad of
active-passive, eccentric-isometric-concentric, elastic, reflexive,
voluntary-unvoluntary forces are all summed to this end.
