Dear list members,
I am a biomaterials researcher at the University of Montreal, working on
implantable artificial muscles.
I would be grateful if those of you working on muscle physiology, specifically
with skinned muscle fibers, would indicate the standard ionic compositions used
for the activating/relaxing solutions. The literature often mentions a pCa of 8
for relaxing and 4 for activation.
Best regards,
Sumitra Rajagopalan
