  • assistance for two references

    Hello all,

I am looking for two references which I have not been able to obtain through
the web or our library. I was wondering if anyone had an old copy of the
International Society for the Study of the Lumbar Spine, 1998 (Brussels) and
whether the IDE investigators meetings are published?????

Here are the references obtained from an article in the European Spine
    Journal:

Ahrens, J, Shelokov, AP, Carver, JL. (1998) Normal joint mobilities
maintained with an artificial disc prosthesis. Lecture at the Interntaional
Society for the study of the Lumbar Spine. Brussels.

McAfee, PC, Cunningham, BW, Dmitriev, AE, et al. (2000) Biologic study of
ingrowth-SB Charite. Investigational Device Exemption Investigators
    meeting, New Orleans.

I would be most appreciate if someone could fax/email these to me, if
    available.

    Thanks in advance!!

    Andrew
