Power Plate Training

[Brian Gearity]

I'm asking members if they are familiar with a
vibration training device called the Power Plate. They
have a website that can be reached at
www.powerplateusa.com

I was sent a packet from the company today that
contains several articles, some from peer reviewed
journals. We are looking at it for use with collegiate
athletes.

If anyone is familiar with the device or those like
it, or who wants me to forward them the articles,
please contact me off list.
